To get around Dublin, there are several alternatives: the bus, the tram (also called LUAS) and finally the bicycle. Knowing that Dublin offers self-service bicycles, DublinBikes, with Florent, we have opted for the latter solution, which is more economical and practical. DublinBikes can be used for an annual subscription of 25 €, which allows us to take 30 minutes of a bike ride without extra cost (and we can rent them as many times as we want during the day). Ideal for the home school trip (~ 25 min) or even going out in the evening to Temple Bar (~ 20 min). To give you an idea of how to make the same bus trips it would have cost me 80 € per month. These self-service bicycles are really a great deal.
