Guinness
It is a beer with a dark colour and a dense foam. It’s much weaker than you might think and quite light.
FUN FACT: I had the opportunity to serve myself my own Guinness, behind the bar. Before I arrived in Ireland, I didn’t know there was a very special way to serve Guinness. Like a classic draught beer, in order to avoid creating bubbles as much as possible, the glass is tilted at 45 degrees and filled to about 7/8th. There, the glass is left to rest for a few minutes, so that the foam goes down a little. Then we add Guinness until the glass is full. That’s it, you know how to serve Guinness!
