Visiting a distillery in Ireland is a must. We chose the Jameson distillery, which historically distilled the famous homonymous whisky. We were able to take part in a guided tour that allowed us to discover the history of the distillery, but also how the famous whisky was created. The visit of the distillery ends with a tasting of several whiskies (including Jameson) in order to compare the tastes and textures of each one.
